If there is some problem of languages comprehension or cultural you could ask at the hospital personal the intervention of the Hospital Social Service.
 
The foreigners without legal permission in Italy have the possibility to turn at "Centro Informazione Sanitaria Immigrati (ISI)", at ASL 13 of Novara.
